We’re Hiring in Aleppo

We are looking for a motivated engineer to join our team in Aleppo in the following role:

 

Project Engineer – Electrical & Automation
Technical Delivery & Team Coordination
📍 Aleppo | Part-time: 24 hours/week

Profitec provides engineering and consulting services in electrification, automation and energy management. We are looking for a hands-on engineer to support technical projects and guide our growing team in Aleppo.

Your Role

  • Develop and implement electrical and automation solutions, with an initial focus on energy management.
  • Build, test and document prototypes and demonstration systems.
  • Mentor interns and junior team members, assign tasks and review their work.
  • Coordinate day-to-day technical activities and maintain progress.
  • Support site assessments and technical coordination with customers and suppliers as needed.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or a comparable technical qualification.
  • Ideally 5–10 years of practical experience and the ability to complete technical tasks independently.
  • Strong organisation, reliability and a willingness to share knowledge.

  • Good English proficiency, with the ability to read and understand technical documentation effectively.
